Por ello, ofrecemos un periodo de cortes\u00eda de 10 minutos a partir de la hora prevista para su recogida.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Obligaci\u00f3n del Cliente: Es responsabilidad del cliente asegurarse de estar en un lugar visible para facilitar su r\u00e1pida localizaci\u00f3n por parte del taxista.<\/li>\r\n<li>Consecuencias del retraso: En caso de que el cliente no se presente en el lugar acordado dentro de los 10 minutos de cortes\u00eda, el taxista tiene el derecho de retirarse del lugar. Cancelaciones<\/h2>\r\n<h4>4.1 Pol\u00edtica de Cancelaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Todas las cancelaciones estar\u00e1n sujetas a un cargo de gesti\u00f3n de 6\u20ac.<\/li>\r\n<li>Este cargo se aplica a todas las cancelaciones, sin excepciones, y debe ser abonado por el Usuario para procesar la cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>4.2 Procedimiento de Cancelaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Para cancelar una reserva, el Usuario deber\u00e1 notificar a COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC a trav\u00e9s del medio por el que se realiz\u00f3 la reserva.<\/li>\r\n<li>Una vez que se haya notificado la cancelaci\u00f3n y se haya abonado el cargo de gesti\u00f3n, se proceder\u00e1 a la cancelaci\u00f3n de la reserva y se efectuar\u00e1 la devoluci\u00f3n del importe restante, si corresponde.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>4.3 Cargo de Gesti\u00f3n:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>El cargo de gesti\u00f3n de 6\u20ac se aplica para cubrir los costes administrativos asociados con la cancelaci\u00f3n de la reserva.<\/li>\r\n<li>Este cargo es no reembolsable y se debe pagar incluso si la cancelaci\u00f3n se realiza dentro de los plazos establecidos para reservas por web, tel\u00e9fono o correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>5. Pagos y Tarifas<\/h2>\r\n<h4>5.1 Tarifas de Servicio:<\/h4>\r\n<p>Las tarifas por los servicios de taxi proporcionados por COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC se calculan en base a una estructura de precios clara y transparente.<\/p>\r\n<h4>5.2 M\u00e9todos de Pago:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Aceptamos varios m\u00e9todos de pago, incluyendo pagos con tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito\/d\u00e9bito y pagos en efectivo.<\/li>\r\n<li>Para las reservas realizadas a trav\u00e9s de nuestra p\u00e1gina web, se requerir\u00e1 el pago al momento de la reserva.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>5.3 Recibos y Facturaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A cada Usuario se le proporcionar\u00e1 un recibo detallado por el servicio prestado.<\/li>\r\n<li>Para servicios empresariales o de cuenta, se podr\u00e1n generar facturas mensuales detalladas bajo solicitud.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>5.4 Cambios en las Tarifas:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC se reserva el derecho de modificar las tarifas de los servicios.<\/li>\r\n<li>Los cambios en las tarifas no afectar\u00e1n a las reservas ya confirmadas y pagadas antes de dichos cambios.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>5.5 Pol\u00edtica de Propinas:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Las propinas son a discreci\u00f3n del Usuario y no est\u00e1n incluidas en la tarifa del servicio.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>6. Responsabilidades del Usuario<\/h2>\r\n<h4>6.1 Cumplimiento de los T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones:<\/h4>\r\n<p>El Usuario se compromete a cumplir con todos los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones establecidos en este documento.<\/p>\r\n<h4>6.2 Informaci\u00f3n Completa:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>El Usuario garantiza que la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada al realizar una reserva es precisa, completa y actualizada.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cualquier error en la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada que afecte la ejecuci\u00f3n del servicio ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del Usuario.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>6.3 Responsabilidad del Usuario durante el servicio:<\/h4>\r\n<p>El Usuario debe seguir las instrucciones del conductor y comportarse de manera segura y respetuosa durante el trayecto. Cualquier comportamiento inapropiado podr\u00eda resultar en la finalizaci\u00f3n anticipada del servicio.<\/p>\r\n<h2>7. Limitaciones de Responsabilidad<\/h2>\r\n<h4>7.1 Alcance de la Responsabilidad:<\/h4>\r\n<p>COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC no ser\u00e1 responsable de ning\u00fan da\u00f1o directo, indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo que surja del uso de sus servicios de taxi.<\/p>\r\n<h2>8. Informaci\u00f3n sobre Protecci\u00f3n y Tratamiento de Datos Personales<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>En cumplimiento del REGLAMENTO (UE) 2016\/679, informamos que los datos personales proporcionados ser\u00e1n tratados por COOPERATIVA TAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio y otros fines detallados en nuestra pol\u00edtica de privacidad.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>9. Fuerza Mayor<\/h2>\r\n<h4>9.1 Definici\u00f3n de Fuerza Mayor:<\/h4>\r\n<p>Por \"Fuerza Mayor\" se entiende cualquier evento fuera del control razonable de COOPERATIVATAXISTAS NORTE Y SUR DE LANZAROTE SC que impida o retrase el cumplimiento de nuestras obligaciones.<\/p>\r\n<h2>10.
